Post Sales Contract: Currently only available on select products.

- Extended coverage for normal wear and use
- Annual account repair report

Factory/Extended Warranty: For customers who are only interested in factory warranty extensions, you can extend your products' factory warranty in yearly increments up to a total of five years. Available for both upfront and post-sales purchase.
- Factory Warranty: 10 business day turnaround at Honeywell depot, not guaranteed
- Extended Warranty: 10 business day turnaround at Honeywell depot, guaranteed
- Covers manufacturing and parts defects
- Return shipping paid by Honeywell

Non-Warranty/ Non-Contract:
- 10-15 business day turnaround at Honeywell depot (not guaranteed)
- Flat rate repair charges apply to all repairs
- PO requested upfront for full flat rate before any repair performed
- Units are returned to factory specs
- Repair performed by Honeywell technician
- Customer pays all shipping and handling
