- Warranty extension up to 5 years
- Valid for all countries within EMEA (ideal for Multinationals)
- Options include repair and return, or return to base service (dependent upon country)
- This warranty extension can be purchased with the main unit
Terms & Conditions
- Service Type: Depending on area - "Collect repair and return" or "Return to Base"
- Usage: Office environment (max. 12 hours per day); not possible for any other application such as train systems, control systems, point of information, industrial areas, protective glass, touch screen, high temperature areas, etc.
- Terms: Warranty extension can be purchased within 3 months after product delivery
- Exceptions: AccuSync® products are excluded
- Limitation: The warranty is limited to 25.000 hours usage or 5 years, whichever comes first
